Susan was the wife of J. I. Greenwell who owned and operated Mann and Greenwell Funeral Home until his death in May 2002. Susan is a 1972 graduate of Bardstown High School, a 1975 graduate of the Kentucky Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, a 1986 graduate of Spalding University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and a 2006 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science with an Associate in Specialized Technology degree. Susan is a licensed funeral director and a licensed embalmer. She has two daughters, Lisa Conway and Lesley Greenwell, and one son, Josey Greenwell. She is a member of St. Joseph Parish and has previously served as lector and Eucharistic minister. Susan is a graduate of the Leadership class of 2006 and a member of the Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce. In July 2010, she married Steven Clark and continues to operate the funeral home full time. |
